My Story

I have now written four books on leadership and management. My books talk a lot about the importance of the employee experience & how to go about improving employee engagement in companies and organisations in today’s Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) world. My third book concerns a completely nouvel approach to time management. The fourth released in July 2023 talks about a revolutionary new approach to Key Performance Indicators. I  also  created an on-line management school at the end of 2022.
